This also includes LLC and partnerships.
Incorporation for a non-profit would include Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, first organizational meeting. We would prepare the package requesting tax exemption from the Franchise Tax Board and the IRS. The package would also include your firm's EIN number.
For many of the government Contracts, it is now required to be registered with the CCR (Central Contract Register) now named SAM. We can get you registered.
